1、急倾斜松软突出煤层沿空留巷技术石永奎1,王焕明2,袁虎1(1.山东科技大学矿山灾害预防控制省部共建教育部重点实验室,山东青岛266510;2.广能集团李子垭南煤矿,四川广元628021)摘要:通过建立急倾斜采场结构力学模型,预测了内应力场的范围,以此为基础确定了沿空留巷煤墩的宽度;采用基于岩层动态的沿空留巷支护设计方法,分别针对沿空留巷围岩变形的7个阶段,进行了不同的巷道围岩控制设计;特别针对上区段工作面后方留巷阶段围岩变形剧烈且煤墩煤体极软的特点,为了防止煤墩在上区段工作面后方岩梁的弯曲下沉过程中被压坏失稳,采取了“巷旁强力支护
2、体”护巷技术,即“煤墩化学加固”和“溜煤眼注浆”相结合的综合技术措施.实践证明,在下一个工作面超前支承压力作用下巷道围岩平均垂直变形量为110mm;平均水平变形量为181mm,可以满足工作面运输、行人及通风的安全.沿空留巷取得了技术上可行、安全上可靠、经济上合理的效果.关键词:急倾斜;沿空留巷;采场结构力学模型;化学加固TechnologyofGob-sideEntryRetaininginSteepSoftOutburstCoalSeemSHIYong-kui1,WANGHuan-ming2,YUANHu1(1.KeyLabor
