3、A,andCDMA2000areconsideredthemaintechnologicalstandardsinthethirdgenerationoftheworld’stechnologicaldevelopmentinmobiletelecommunications.AndthedesignofaswitchingcomputationmethodfortheRRMStrategyisakeyelementandtechnologicalcruxfortheTD-SCDMAtechnology.Inre
4、trospection,Ifoundthatitwasmygreatenthusiasmformobiletelecommunications,andmypersistentpursuitofaccuracyandperfectionthathavehelpedmewinaccoladesfromcolleaguesandexperts.InChina,sincetheTD-SCDMAusesasmartantenna,itmakesademandforafinerresearchonthecomputatio
5、nmethodfortheRRMStrategy,inareassuchasPC,DCA,andHC.Tome,anewstarterinthecompany,itwasarealchallenge.Sincetheresearchteamwasnew,itlackedengineeringdataandpracticalexperience,althoughtheequipmentofthelabwasquiteadvanced.Itwasonlyaftermuchlibraryresearch,thinki
6、ng,andconsultationwithexpertsdidIfindaRRMcomputationmethodsuitableforasmartantenna.BecauseasmartantennahasitsadvantagesofamoreaccurateVElocatingandreducedsearchingareas,thiscomputationmethodeffectivelylowersthecomplexityoftheswitchingprocessanditsfailurerate
7、.DuringthetimewhenIworkedfortheproject,Ioftenstayedupseveraldaysinarolltoperfectalabtest.ButIalsoderivedanenormoussenseofsatisfactionandfulfillmentafterovercomingobstacles,whichmorethancompensatedthepainsanddifficultiesthatIhadtogothrough.Therapiddevelopment
