1、基于ADAMS/Car的FSAE赛车动力学仿真摘要汽车的操纵稳定性不仅影响到汽车驾驶的操纵方便程度,而且也是决定高速汽车安全行驶的一个主要性能。当今,仿真技术日益广泛地应用于汽车工程领域,操纵稳定性研究越来越多地使用成熟的计算机仿真理论和高性能仿真软件进行分析研究。同样,仿真对研发时间短、研发资金短缺、设计目标明确的FSAE赛车而言,有着很重要的意义。本文应用ADAMS/Car多体动力学仿真软件,将FSAE赛车简化为车身、悬挂、轮胎、转向等子系统,在此基础上实现整车虚拟样机的装配,在整车虚拟样机中采用
2、了精确的PAC2002轮胎模型作为轮胎子系统属性文件,以获得高精度的整车虚拟样机。最后对整车虚拟样机仿真精度进行了验证,与实际测试数据进行对比。此外,本文参照汽车操控稳定性实验国家标准进行仿真,对HRT14赛车进行了稳态回转仿真试验、蛇行仿真试验、转向盘转角阶跃输入仿真实验、转向轻便性仿真试验,制作了ADAMS/Car仿真控制文件。并根据FSAE赛车特点对仿真参数做出部分调整,使仿真具有更高的可信度。运用汽车操纵稳定性指标限值与评价方法对仿真结果进行评价并计分。根据FSAE赛车特点重新定义评价上下限度
3、,最终得到基于国家标准并适用FSAE赛车的评分标准。最后,本文选取了HRT14部分整车参数,改变其数值,设计为变型车,并运用修改后的仿真评价标准对HRT14原型车与变型车进行仿真分析,得出了质心位置、偏频对整车操控稳定性的影响。关键词:动力学;ADAMS/Car;赛车;FSAE;仿真HandlingStabilitySimulationofaFSAERacingCarBasedonADAMS/CarAbstractHandlingstabilitynotonlyaffecttheeaseofmanip
