1、浆砌水沟施工工艺一工艺概述浆砌水沟施工工艺指利用石质坚硬的片石以砂浆为粘结体，砌筑成用以排水的沟渠。二适用条件浆砌水沟施工工艺，适用于客运专线铁路及高速铁路的天沟、排水沟浆砌施工。三作业内容水沟基坑开挖，搭拆跳板、挂线、找平，选、修片石及洗刷，拌制砂浆，铺浆、安砌及填缝、找平，安泄水孔、整理及养护。四质量标准及检验方法1砌筑水沟所用的水泥、砂、片石的品种、规格、质量应符合施工图要求。1）片石：片石的强度不应低于MU40，石料应质地坚硬，不易风化，无裂纹。石料表面的污渍应予清除。片石形状不受限制。但其中部厚度不得小
2、于15㎝。用作镶面的片石宜表面平整、尺寸较大，边缘厚度不得小于15㎝。进场前应对所选的石场的片石强度、抗冻性、软化系数进行试验，符合施工图要求方可进料，进场时应进行验收。2）水泥：选用符合现行国家标准的硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥。水泥进场时，应具有出厂合格证和检验报告单，必须按批次对其品种、级别、包装或散装仓号、袋装质量、出厂日期等进行验收，并对其强度、安定性进行试验，其质量必须符合标准。（1）同厂家、同品种、同批号同等级、同出厂日期水泥组成检验批。散装水泥每500t为一批，袋
