1、在全县深入开展创先争优活动动员会议上的讲话（2010年6月5日）同志们：这次会议的主要任务，是按照中央和省委、市委关于在基层党组织和党员中，深入开展创先争优活动的部署要求，动员全县基层党组织和广大党员，紧紧围绕“坚持科学发展、助推跨越争先”这一主题，扎实开展创先争优活动，为推动全县经济社会又好又快发展提供坚强有力的政治保障。下面，就这项活动的开展，我强调四点意见：一、统一思想，增进共识，充分明确开展创先争优活动的重要意义中央决定，从今年4月份开始到党的十八大召开，历时两年半的时间，在党的基层组织和党员中深入开展创先争优活动。这是学习实践科学发展观活动的延展和深入，也是加强
2、基层党组织建设和党员队伍建设的一项经常性工作，具有重大而深远的影响。全县各级党组织要充分认识开展这项活动的重要意义，切实把思想和行动统一到中央和省、市委的决策部署上来，统一到县委的工作要求上来。首先，开展创先争优活动，是巩固深化学习实践成果的重要举措。党的十七大明确提出，要在全党深入开展学习实践科学发展观、operationofthedevice.3.8.13.8.1.1afterpumpinstallationisbasedontheGeneralprovisions,makesurethelocatingDatumsurfaces,linesandpoints.Ins
