2、定性。在实验室环境下采用气流来评价法泡沫的稳定性,通过实验筛选水溶性聚合物稳泡剂,最后通过合成聚丙烯酸作为高温体系下的稳泡剂。详细测量了温度与泡沫衰变时间的关系,记录了泡沫衰变时间与泡沫体积的相关数据。通过涂料黏度计测量了一部分发泡体系的粘度。实验结果表明75℃高温时,用PEG2000作为交联剂,聚丙烯酸稳泡剂浓度为1:8时,稳泡性能较好。分析发泡液温度与半衰期的关系,发现其满足指数关系。对泡沫衰变时间与泡沫体积的数据进行拟合,发现泡沫衰变反应成指数规律变化。通过讨论稳泡剂的浓度对粘度的影响,在一定范围
