1、肥胖及中等有氧运动对大鼠血浆TG、TC的影响及应用郭吉颖摘要:目的:本研究试图通过建立大鼠有氧运动减肥模型,研究不同温度下的运动训练对血浆脂类物质含量的影响,并对所测试指标数据进行对比分析,为肥胖问题的实验研究与实践应用提供科学的理论依据。方法:以高脂饲养四周和八周大鼠为研究对象,分为对照组、16℃有氧训练组、28℃有氧训练组,在中等强度(约66%Vomax)下,坡度10°,速度16.8m/s,进行为期45天的有氧训练,每天训练45分钟。结果:(1)高脂饲养八周组的TG、TC水平高于高脂饲养四周组。(2)1
2、6℃和28℃两种温度下有氧训练组比非运动对照组TG、TC的含量明显降低,有显著性意义;其中同温度下高脂饲八周运动组比高脂饲养四周运动组TG、TC水平下降更为明显。(3)28℃温度下高脂饲养八周运动组比16℃温度下高脂饲养八周运动组的TG水平下降更为明显,TC的水平差异不明显。(4)28℃温度下高脂饲养八周运动组比高脂饲养四周运动组的TC水平下降更为明显;TC且有显著性意义,但TG无统计学意义。结论:以上实验结果显示,两种温度下有氧训练可以降低高脂膳食动物机体内的TG、TC水平,但存在差异。关键词:温度;有氧
