1、浅谈建设工程造价控制的对策摘要：建设工程造价在我国长期存在概算超估算、预算超概算、决算超预算的三超现象，严重困扰着建设工程投资效益管理。加强工程造价管理，就是要合理确定和有效控制工程造价，其目的不仅在于把项目投资控制在批准之内，更在于合理使用人力、物力、财力、控制固定资产投资效益。随着社会主义市场经济逐步建立和发展，工程造价管理也出现一些新情况、新问题，如何采取有效措施，使工程造价管理尽快纳入规范化、系统化、法制化轨道，已是当务之急。【关键词】：工程造价;项目设计;竣工结算abstract:constructionengineeringcostinchina’slong-termexis
