1、框架结构体系设计摘要框架建筑结构是多高层建筑结构的主要类型,具有承载力和刚度大,耐久性和耐火性好可模性好等优点。本工程为框架结构体系,柱距为7.2m,跨度为6.0m,采用横向承重方案,框架中柱偏向走廊一侧。地震作用下内力和侧移的计算分析用底部剪力法和D值法,计算结果变截面处上下层柱刚度比为0.7,层间相对弹性转角均小于0.18%。横向荷载作用下内力分析用反弯点法。竖向荷载作用下内力分析用弯矩二次分配法,梁柱内力组合时需考虑地震作用效应组合。梁柱箍筋均采用HPB300热轧钢,受力钢筋根据计算需要选择HRB335以上热轧钢。地基处理用灰土挤密桩法,桩径400mm,桩间距为93
2、5mm,处理范围每边超出基础地面外边缘2m,灰土桩用振冲法施工。基础梁纵向等截面每边宽出框架柱边缘50m。条形基础内力计算用倒梁法,分布筋按构造配筋。边坡采用抗滑桩支护,抗滑桩间距6m,桩长14.5m,计算结果用理正岩土软件验算。地基强度经验算满足要求。关键词:框架结构体系;内力组合;地震作用;地基强度。第58页AbstractFramestructureisthemaintypesofhigh-risebuildings,havebearingcapacityandrigidity,durabilityandgoodcarvingwateryresistanceofgo
