2、HeilongjiangInstituteofTechnology2011-06·Harbin黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计摘要随着我国国民经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高。人们对禽类、肉类制品的需求量急剧增加。而畜禽的养殖场地远离市区,这样就需要将鲜活畜、禽运输到指定地点。因此畜禽运输车的市场需求量也较大。为了能够同时运输禽类和中大型动物,满足消费者和养殖业者的需要,并且从大幅度的提高运输效率、降低运输成本、减少运输途中的货损和货差,提高运输的安全性和减少污染保护环境的方面考虑,设计制造双层畜禽运输车成为专用汽车发
3、展道路上的一项重要任务。首先分析了现在畜禽运输车的现状和不足之处,明确了双层畜禽运输车的主要优点。在此基础上,通过对整体方案的分析选择、举升机构的计算校核、液压系统的选择与设计、辅助装置的选择与设计及对整车的性能分析,利用CAD软件绘制出二维图形。最后设计出的双层畜禽运输车能够满足工艺合理、小批量加工容易、成本低、可靠性高的加工和使用要求。关键词:双层;运输;畜禽;改装;设计II黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计ABSTRACTAlongwiththedevelopmentofournationaleconomyand
