5、yoftheyear,otherthanaSaturday,Sundayoranydayonwhichbanksareclosedforbusinessin.16“工作日”指一年中除周六、周日或的银行非营业日以外的任何一天。“Control”meansthepowertodirect,manage,overseeand/orrestricttheaffairs,businessorassetsofaPerson,including,withoutlimitation,theholding,directorindirect,of(

6、i)securitiesofaPersontowhichareattachedmorethan50%ofthevotesthatmaybecasttoelectdirectorsofthePerson,or(ii)thevotesattachedtothosesecuritiesaresufficient,ifexercised,toelectamajorityofthedirectorsofthePerson.“控制”是指有权指示、管理、监督和/或限制一个主体的事务、经营或资产，包括但不限于直接或间接持有(i)某一主体超过50
