7、·······29页第一章贯流式机组概述本安装设计方案适用于由东方电机有限公司制造的水轮发电机组的机组座环的拼装、倒运、吊装、安装。座环的部件包括:座环内环(2/2),座环上/下支柱,座环上支柱坑衬,座环外环(4/4),座环外环后段(4/4),上/下导流板,上游里衬(4/4),座环外部支撑(2个),座环下游支撑管,座环内部支撑等。工地需完成座环的拼(组)装、焊接、整体安装调整、焊缝检查,同时安装座环所需要的锚具、内外支撑。1.1座环主要的安装数据设计参数:1)、座环下支柱垫板预埋高程12.3m2)、机组中心线高程22.8m3)、下支柱底部
