5、atatransportwhichempoweredWebexistingtechnologies.XMLserviceswiththeabilitytoeffectivelyabstractproprietaryplatformsinsupportofutilizingthistransportstandardtocommunicateoverpreviouslynon-standardboundaries.andreally,it'snotofmuchconsequenceanymore.XMLPer
