2、fthe***Non-DisclosureAgreement.(NDA)Part11政府审核Authorityinspectionsandpermits1.1土地证，土地使用权证，建设规划许可证，工程规划许可证，建设施工许可证齐全。ALLoflandcertificate,landplanningpermit,landusepermit,constructionplanningpermit,andconstructionpermitshouldbecompleted.1.2结构主体应通过当地政府相关部门的验收，包括质检站的验收，消防部门的验收，
3、规划部门的验收，等。Thebuildingstructureshallpasstheinspectionoflocalrelevantbureau,inc.qualitybureau,fireprotectionbureauandplanningbureau,etc.1.3应按***集团提供的平面布置方案布置，需报审并通过当地规划部门和相关部门的审核。Theapartmentlayoutshallcomplywiththe***approvedlayout.Submissionandapprovalofthebuildingpermitshal
