1、申请资助项目的实施保障措施篇一：社会公益科研项目资助类(若干措施实施细则)龙华新区关于加快高新技术和战略性新兴产业发展的若干措施实施细则（社会公益科研项目资助类）第一章总则第一条为加强科技计划项目和资金管理，根据《关于加快高新技术和战略性新兴产业发展的若干措施（修订）》和《龙华新区产业专项资金管理暂行办法》，结合龙华新区实际，制定本实施细则。第二条对社会公益科研项目资助，实行公开、公平、公正和总额控制、自愿申报、择优资助的原则。第三条社会公益科研项目资助分为：软科学研究项目、非医疗卫生基础研究项目、医疗卫生项目三类。第二章申报条件第四条社会公益科研项目

2、资助主要包括新区内涉及资源环境、人口健康与保障、公共安全与公共管理、社会发展等领域的社会公益问题研究。第五条申请软科学研究项目资助的单位应具备以下条件：organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorganizationofthebasiclevelorganizationsadvancedmodel.(seven)themanualworkoftheCommunis

3、tYouthLeagueOrganizationpublished<>and<>Leaguebranchofmanualwork,topromotetheuseoftwomanualsinthecity'sorganizationsatvariouslevels.Thecountycommittee,directlyunderthegroup(work)isunderthejurisdictionofgrassrootsLeagueandgroup(total)usingbranchratioshallnotbelessthan70%.Three,to
