1、某物流公司办公综合楼建筑和结构设计摘要毕业设计是我们专业课最后一个综合实践性学习环节。在设计中，认真贯彻“适用、安全、经济”的设计原则，进一步掌握建筑与结构设计中的全过程、基本方法和步骤。本次毕业设计要求进行速达物流公司办公综合楼建筑和结构设计。本建筑结构体系为钢筋混凝土现浇框架，共七层，局部三层，一、二层层高为4.2m，三层以上层高为3.6m，总建筑面积8659.81m2。本建筑物防火等级为二级，安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为6度。设计主要由建筑设计和结构设计两部分组成。建筑设计部分包括：①各层平面图
