1、摘要铝酸盐水泥以其早强、耐高温、耐硫酸盐、良好适应性等优点,作为一种不定形水硬性粘结剂,广泛应用于耐火材料行业。然而,在耐火材料应用中,铝酸盐水泥受凝结时间较长、凝结特性受温度影响大、拌合物和易性差等条件制约,促使脱模时间延缓而降低工作效率、要求更多用水量而无法保证强度和耐久性。基于目前国内外对铝酸盐水泥与减水剂和促凝剂的匹配适应性方面的相关研究报道不多,本文通过试验,对萘系减水剂、聚羧酸高效减水剂、氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂及复合使用碳酸锂促凝剂对铝酸盐水泥的工作性能及强度影响进行了系统地的研究。测定了单掺不同掺量萘系减水剂、聚羧酸高效减水剂和氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂,以及分别复掺不同掺量
2、的碳酸锂促凝剂对铝酸盐水泥净浆流动度、凝结时间和胶砂强度的影响规律。同时,通过测定铝酸盐水泥颗粒表面对外加剂的吸附量,进一步验证了水泥净浆流动度的变化规律。结果表明,减水剂明显增大了铝酸盐水泥的初始净浆流动度,也延缓了经时损失,其中减水性能由强到弱为:PC>NS>AS,但同水灰比下对强度发展不利;促凝剂对铝酸盐水泥作用敏感,缩短凝结时间的同时增大了铝酸盐水泥的早期强度,而对后期强度发展不利;复掺下减水剂对强度加强效果由强到弱为:NS>AS>PC。关键词:铝酸盐水泥,高效减水剂,促凝剂,净浆流动度,凝结时间,强度第32页AbstractAluminatecement,whichisa
