1、毕业设计说明书(论文)中文摘要随着我国工业的快速发展,SO2 污染已成为目前亟待解决的环境问题,各工业现场纷纷采用各种脱硫工艺来实现对 SO2 排放的控制。为了更好地对烟气进行脱硫,本文在分析石灰石/石膏法烟气脱硫工艺的基础上,基于 SIEMENS PLC 与HMI 提出了烟气脱硫监控系统设计方案。系统由石灰石浆液制备系统、烟气系统、吸收系统和石膏脱水系统四部分组成,通过 SIEMENS PLC 内置的 PID 控制算法,实现了吸收系统浆液 pH 值、浓度控制,制浆系统液位、浓度控制,烟气系统增压风机导通角控制以及石膏脱
