1、辽宁科技大学毕业设计（论文）第35页点阵LED汉字显示系统的设计（硬件部分）摘要LED电子显示屏由于具有所显内容信息量大，外形美观大方，操作方便灵活，制作简单，安装方便，是近年来得到广泛应用的重要信息设备，被广泛应用于各种公共场合，如汽车报站器、广告屏以及公告牌等。本文介绍了一款以单片机AT89S51为控制器的LED点阵显示屏系统的设计。考虑到所需元器件的易购性，本设计使用了8×8的点阵发光管模块，组成16×16发光点阵，显示待定的中文、字符以及数字。由显示驱动模块驱动一个16×16分辨率的LED点阵显示屏的扫描显示。所选用的AT89S51单片机具有价格低廉程序
