3、液化单元。在液化单元,对高压天然气气体进行冷却,液化深冷。所需要的冷量是痛过燃气透平驱动封闭的混合冷剂氮气、甲烷、乙烯、丙烷等组份循环而获得的,液化天然气(LNG),最终贮存在常压罐内,通过液化天然气集装箱或液化天然气罐车进行配送。循环冷剂升压后是通过环境条件下的客气来进行。装置工艺过程—————————————————————————————————————————————————————中所需要的加热介质是经燃气透平的尾气加热后的热油。液化天然气罐内闪蒸出的气体经压缩后用来再生干燥剂,然后送至燃气透平作为燃料气。关键词:天然气液化;设计数据;技术分析;工艺系统;目录引言··········
