1、摘要本设计按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了柴山铅锌矿2500吨/日铅锌选矿厂初步设计,产品为铅精矿和锌精矿。通过在湖南郴州的柴山铅锌厂进行的为期三周的毕业实习,收集相关设计资料的基础上,确定各车间的工作制度,对设计工艺流程进行了选择和论证,确定了破碎采用三段一闭路流程,磨矿采用两段两闭路流程,浮选采用优先浮工艺,精矿采用先浓缩后过滤的两段脱水的工艺流程。对设计工艺流程进行了数质量和矿浆流程计算,对选矿厂主要工艺设备进行了选择计算和选型。设计也进行了厂房总体布置和厂房内的设备配置。根据地形条件,粗碎、中细碎、筛分厂房分厂房布置,磨矿浮选共厂房配置,其中磨矿
2、采用纵向配置,浮选机采用横向配置。浓缩机配置在露天,过滤机与精矿仓配置在厂房内。完成了粗中细碎筛分、磨浮、脱水车间平断面图、数质量及矿浆流程图和总平面共6张图纸的绘制,其中包括一张手工图。本设计还对选矿厂的建筑、供水、供电进行了规定,并进行了选矿厂的技术经济概算,经概算柴山铅锌矿2500吨/日铅锌选矿厂基本建设投资总额为17989.2万元,精矿销售成本为46256.3万元,年利润为14991万元,静态投资偿还期为1.24年。关键词:柴山铅锌矿;初步设计;计算机辅助设计ABSTRACTAccordingtotherequestoftheintruction
