1、航空制造企业人力资本定价研究摘要:人力资本定价在中国还处于起步阶段,缺乏相应的研究以指导实践。在简要回顾国内外人力资本定价研究发展现状的基础上,对中国航空制造企业人力资本定价实践进行了统计分析,目的在于识别中国航空制造企业人力资本定价实施现状及薄弱环节,从而为中国航空制造企业开展人力资本定价提供参考。;关键词:人力资本定价;统计分析;因子分析;Abstract:Atpresent,sufficienttheoryguidanceonHCPcannotbesuppliedbecausestudiesonHCParestillinearlystage.Thispaper,basedonthein
