1、矿用本安型振动传感器的研制*杨健健1,薛光辉1,赵国瑞1,吴思遥2,吴淼1(1中国矿业大学(北京)机电与信息工程学院北京100083;2哈尔滨工业大学航天学院哈尔滨150001)摘 要:目前尚无可直接应用于煤矿井下的振动加速度传感器,本文研究的“矿用本安型振动传感器”选用内装IC—集成电路放大器的振动加速度传感器,通过矿用阻燃电缆连接信号调理模块,由本安电源为信号调理模块供电,根据矿用电气产品本安电气要求,设计信号调理板的本安供电调理模块,从而为振动加速度传感器供电,并实现振动信号的调理功能。该

8、brationSurvey;vibrationtransducer;conditioningcircuits1引言振动监测是各种设备最为重要的监测手段之一,但由于缺少可以直接在煤矿井下使用的振动加速度传感器,振动监测很难在井下开展,煤矿井下设备的状态监测和故障诊断多停留在电气类和液压类故障的简单监测和阈值报警阶段,基于振动监测的很多重要研究如采煤机的煤岩分界、载荷谱识别等都无法开展[1],因此,研制可应用于煤矿井下的振动加速度传感器——“矿用本安型振动传感器”成为当务之急。煤矿井下多为潮湿、含瓦
