3、回收试点，在我国城市生活垃圾处理行业得到了较快发展。但是，均因措施不当而未取得预期效果。市容市政、环卫行业主管部门、城市生活垃圾处理项目经营单位之间还存在许多协作不协调的问题，城市垃圾分类体制改革势在必行。本文通过对国内外城市垃圾处理现状中垃圾分类、垃圾收集、垃圾处理的分析，总结出中国城市垃圾分类过程中政府制定政策欠完整性分析，垃圾分类处理技术水平不足，多部门协调能力欠缺等问题，从而提出促进中国城市垃圾分类的可行性建议，如完善监督投入保障制度，构建多级管理模式，完善相关法律法规、管理条例等。关键词：城市生活垃圾、垃圾分类中国石油大
