1、HZ-50混凝土搅拌站粉料计量系统及螺旋输送机设计中文摘要一种螺旋输送机，在每段螺旋管之间连接一球面流动吊轴承，在吊轴承的轴承座与轴承盖中装有球面轴承，球轴承内套孔为圆孔，连接轴穿过内套孔与螺旋管连接，螺旋管连接轴一端为插轴连接，另一端为法兰连接，输送机两端轴承部位装有密封挡板，出料口装有反叶片，吊轴承加装两道密封。本机具有调心性和密封性好，摩擦阻力小，输送效率高等优点。计量斗，它包括计量装置、斗身，它还设有秤架，计量装置设于秤架上。采用三个传感器完全能满足称量精度要求，使得其配套附件、传感器供电及终端显示器等均相应简化，安装调试工作简
