1、第三章染色方法和染色常用设备第一节染色方法及设备选择一、染色方法根据纤维或织物加工形态的不同，可分为散纤维染色、纤维条染色、纱线染色及织物染色四大类。而织物染色根据染色时是否连续生产可分为间歇式染色、半连续式染色和连续式染色三类。二、染色设备选择（一）吊筐式染色机散纤维染色通常用染液循环而散纤维不动的吊筐式染色机。该设备主要由吊筐、染槽、泵、槽盖、储液箱等几部分组成，它属于间歇式染色设备，特点是换色方便，可小批量生产，也可大批量生产；散纤维染色色牢度较好，而且可以用不同颜色的散纤维混纺以获得各种颜色的纱线（纺织物）。（二）纤维（毛
2、）条染色机纤维（毛）条染色机一般用于毛条染色。该设备主要由筒罐、假底、染槽、管路及泵等几部分组成，也属于间歇式染色设备，特点也是染色牢度较好，可以用不同颜色的纤维条混纺配色以获得不同颜色的纺织品。（三）纱线染色机毛针织绒线、棉纱、绢丝、绢棉纱、涤纶丝、腈纶纱等等纱线都可以用纱线染色机进行染色。纱线染色机可分为绞纱、筒子纱染色机等。1.绞纱染色机绞纱染色机通常为喷射式染色机，该设备主要由染槽、挂丝孔管、回转装置以及泵等部分组成。2.筒子纱染色机筒子纱染色机主要由染槽、储液槽、筒子架、循环泵、循环自动换向装置等部分组成。染色前要把纱线
