1、利用高铝粉煤灰合成堇青石陶瓷材料的制备研究专业:材料科学与工程学生:张政指导老师:马立建摘要利用高铝粉煤灰(Al2O337.22%、SiO246%)为主要原料制备堇青石,添加适量的镁砂工业烧结镁砂(MgO98.2%),以及少量的硅微粉(SiO296%),按照堇青石的理论配方(MgO13.8%,Al2O334.9%,SiO251.3%)进行配比。试样通过压力成型机进行压制成型,成型压力为120MPa。烧结试样分别在1150℃,1200℃,1250℃,1270℃,1290℃,1310℃六个温度下进行。烧结试样删除通过对烧结试样的力学性能、热学性能和微观结构的分析,确
2、定制备堇青石的最佳烧结工艺烧结工艺路线。实验结果表明:以粉煤灰、硅微粉和工业烧结镁砂为原材料,通过对烧结体进行X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,发现成功合成了堇青石陶瓷材料。通过对烧结体进行X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,结果表明:以高铝粉煤灰、工业烧结镁砂和硅微粉为原料,成功合成了堇青石陶瓷材料。烧结体中主要以β-堇青石和α-堇青石相存在,还有少量的镁铝尖晶石,蓝晶石,铁堇青石,印度石等矿物相生成。.抗压强度,体积收缩率,体积密度,随温度的升高而增大;气孔率,吸水率则随温度的升高而降低;线膨胀系数先随温度升高而降低,当
