6、rcyclemaintenanceandrepair.Article3thesemeasuresshallapplytotheautonomousregioninautomobile,motorcyclecommercialmaintenanceactivitiesintheadministrativeareasoftheunitsandindividuals(hereinafterreferredtoasthemaintenanceofself-employed).Article4thetransporta
7、tiondepartmentsatalllevelsarewithintheirrespectiveadministrativeareas,theauthoritiesinchargeofautomobile,motorcyclemaintenancethesetsofroadtransportmanagementinstitution(hereinafterreferredtoasYunZhenginstitutions)isspecificcarryoutthedutiesspecifiedinthepr
