4、gtosettheirsightsontheincorporationoftheCityofRanchoSantaMargarita.Thisinpartwasnotonlyduetothedownturninthehousingmarketbutaneverexpandingactivecitizenrydedicatedtotheprotectionoftheoriginalvisionfortheircommunity.Inessenceby1995RanchoSantaMargaritawasri

5、peforcityhood,anditscitizenswouldmakethisarealitywithinthenextfiveyears.EarlymembersofthecityhoodmovementcuttheirpoliticalteethinorganizationssuchasCASAandSAMLARC.TheSantaMargaritaCompanyearlyinthedevelopment383startedCASA,theCommunityActivitiesandService

6、sAssociation,forthepurposesoforganizingsocialactivitiesforthecommunity.Theassociation’smajoractivitywasanannualwesternrodeoheldinthespringinRanchoSantaMargarita.Thiscapitalizedonthedevelopment’swesternranchingheritagesoprominentinitstheme.Otheractivitiesi

7、ncludedEasterEggHuntsandconcertsattheLake.Originally,theleadersofthisorganizationwerefromtheSantaMargaritaCompanybutasresidentsmovedin,thedeveloper’spresenceontheassociationboardgraduallygavewaytonewhomeownerscommittedtoinsuringsuchactivitiesaspartoftheli
