5、本行业标准的全部技术内容为强制性。可变限速标志是高速公路交通工程设施中的一项重要交通安全管理设备,它依据变化的道路、交通、气象等情况向道路使用者及时提供安全行驶速度,对保障交通安全起着重要作用。本标准为企业组织生产和工程施工验收提供了依据。本标准的附录A、附录B是标准的附录。本标准由交通部公路司提出。本标准由全国交通工程设施(公路)标准化技术委员会归口。本标准起草单位:交通部公路科学研究所。参加单位:上海邦达电子系统工程有限公司。本标准主要起草人:韩文元、安玉宏、颜静仪、徐鸿平、龚兆岗、卢毅。本标准委托交通部公路科学研究所负责解释。中华人民共和国交通行业标准高速公路LED可变限速标志技术条
