6、......................................................(5)附录检定证书内面格式·.......................................................................(6)JJG953-2000精密时间间隔测且仪检定规程范围本规程适用于最小间隔为1ns的精密时间间隔测量仪的首次检定和后续检定。2概述精密时间间隔测量仪测量时,将被测间隔分为两部分:大于一个时基的部分,采用普通数字式时间间隔测量仪的原理,即累计时基脉冲的个数;小于一个时基的部分,用模拟内
