1、自治区机械制造行业安全生产标准化企业评定办法一、为指导自治区机械制造企业开展安全生产标准化活动，切实加强基层和基础工作，促进企业建立自我约束、持续改进的安全生产长效机制，制定本评定办法。二、本评定办法适用于自治区各类机械制造企业。三、机械制造行业安全生产标准化企业评定，应当按照《自治区机械制造行业安全生产标准化企业考核评定表》的要求，采用资料核对、抽查考核和现场查证的方法进行，其中：基础管理考评部分，对人员抽查考核数量不少于现场（或在册）人数的10%；机电设备设施安全考评部分，按设备设施及物品的拥
2、有量(H)比例抽样：1.H≤10，抽100%。2.10＜H≤100，抽10台。3.100＜H＜500，抽10%。4.500≤H≤1000，抽50台。5.H＞1000，抽5%。四、机械制造行业安全生产标准化企业评定得分以1000分为满分。被评定企业的得分计算方法：各项目实得分之和×[1000÷（1000－各空项分之和）]formorethan60yearsofruralseniorpartymembercarefunds;Systemofregulatingtheactivitiesofgrass-

8、titioningforthecadresofthe五、安全生产标准化机械制造企业分为自治区级安全生产标准化企业和地州市级安全生产标准化企业。评定标准如下：自治区级安全生产标准化企业：评定得分不少于800分（含800分）；地州市级安全生产标准化企业：评定得分不少于700分（含700分）且每个考评单元的实得分应大于每个考评单元应得分的70％。六、自治区安全科学技术研究院承担自治区级机械制造行业安全生产标准化企业的复评工作，各地、州、市指定一个复评机构承担地州市级机械制造行业安全生产标
