1、在中国中铁全面推行工程项目精细化管理动员大会上的讲话李长进（2014年7月11日）同志们：刚才，周孟波副总裁对工程项目精细化管理的相关制度进行了解读，戴和根总裁对全面推行工程项目精细化管理进行了动员和部署，提出了明确的意见和要求，我完全同意，希望大家抓好贯彻落实。全面推行工程项目精细化管理，是股份公司和公司党委结合企业新一轮改革所做出的一项重大决策，对于中国中铁当前和今后的发展都具有重大的战略意义和现实意义。这项重大改革措施能否得到全面贯彻落实、取得真正的成效，各级领导班子的思想认识是前提，执行力建设是保证，真
2、抓实干是关键。因此，我们必须要在统一思想、令行禁止、齐抓共管、抓好落实四个方面下功夫，以“抓铁有痕、踏石留印”的精神推动这项重大改革工程。下面，我再强调四点要求：首先,必须要切实统一思想、提高认识。工程项目是我们建筑施工企业生存发展的基础、经营效益的主要来源、企业管理的重中之重。从上世纪70年代末学习推广鲁布革经验、推行项目法施工以来，我们在工程项目管理上已经走过了三十多年的探索发展历程，曾先后在内昆、舟山、青藏线、杭州湾跨海大桥、狮子洋隧道、沈阳四环等工程项目召开现spotwelding,spotweldin

6、ingonthesurface.(10)shouldensurethatthearcandarcweldingofquality,arcshouldfillcrater,multi-passweldingjointshouldbestaggered.(11)Tigweldingshouldbeventilatedinadvance,expiredafterweldingshouldbedelayed,andshouldensurethattheweldingintheweldingprocessmeltstog
7、eteffectiveprotectionofargongas.(12)whenusingthemulti-passwelding,weldbeforeshouldbecleaned,aftermakingsurethatnodefects,andagainthenext.(13)theweldshouldbeasmoothtransitiontothebasemetalandweldbothendsgroundintoslope.(14)cardwiththewelding,thematerialshould
