1、摘要当今，人类社会已经进入信息全球化和全球信息化、网络化的高速发展阶段。丰富的网络信息已经成为人们工作、生活、学习中不可缺少的一部分。招聘和求职是一项对信息的需求量比较大的活动，特别是在大学校园中，众多的学生面临着就业问题，传统的招聘求职方式已经越来越不能满足他们的要求。建设一个大学生求职招聘网站也必然得到广大招聘单位和学生的强烈支持。本人结合网站数据库开发的要求，对SQLServer2005数据库管理系统、SQL语言原理、JSP应用程序设计、SSH框架开发等进行了较深入的学习和应用，主要完成对就
