1、汽车天窗的整体结构设计摘要汽车天窗作为汽车行驶时的地唤起设备,已经逐渐成为各个汽车厂家生产轿车的标准配置。在汽车天窗市场竞争中电动汽车天窗具有很强的优势,如结构简单、使用方便、可靠性高、具有很好的市场潜力等。因此选择设计电动式天窗具有良好的市场前景,也可使整车在汽车竞争白热化的今天占领了更大份额的市场。本次设计首先了解了天窗的作用、种类、特点和天窗各种零部件执行标准。然后,对天窗的密封排水方式、性能要求、也天窗对风噪声的影响做出了说明和分析。在掌握天窗的工作原理后在天窗设计部分,依据了蜗轮蜗杆减速器的原理设计了电动机换向减速传动机构,结合天窗的结构性能对
2、天窗进行了设计与强度校核,对动向蜗轮传动杆的主要参数和尺寸分析,选择传动材料和类型,按蜗轮齿面接触疲劳强度计算校核蜗轮齿根疲劳强度,对蜗杆蜗轮各部分尺寸计算,天窗电机最终动力输出选择。最后,分析并绘制了汽车天窗滑动机构、连接机构、驱动机构的CAD零件图和装配图,同时也对车顶开关的工作过程进行了简要分析。关键词:汽车天窗;换向减速机构;滑动机构;强度校核-TheOverallStructureDesignofAutomobileSunroofsAbstractAstheventilationdevicewhendrivingacar,sunroofshav
