1、太原科技大学毕业设计锅炉蒸汽压力控制系统Boilersteampressurecontrolsystem学院（系）：专业：学生姓名：学号：指导教师：完成日期：2015年1月12日太原科技大学TaiyuanUniversityofScienceandTechnolog摘要锅炉控制系统是现代自动控制技术应用的一个重要的领域。本设计以锅炉蒸汽压力控制部分为研究对象，应用所学专业知识设计控制系统。锅炉是工业生产过程中必不可少的重要动力设备。它通过煤、油、天然气的燃烧释放出的化学能，通过传热过程把能量传递给水，使水变成水蒸气。这种高压蒸汽即可以作为蒸馏、化学反应、干燥和蒸发过程的能源，又可

2、以作为风机、压缩机、大型泵类的驱动透平的动力源。蒸汽压力是衡量锅炉的蒸汽生产量与负荷设备的蒸汽消耗量是否平衡的重要指标，是蒸汽的重要工艺参数。蒸汽压力过低或过高，对于金属导管和负荷设备都是不利的。压力过高，会导致锅炉受损；压力过低，就不可能提供给负荷设备负荷质量的蒸汽。随着石油化学工业生产规模的不断扩大，生产过程不断强化，生产设备的不断更新，作为全厂动力和热源的锅炉，亦向着高效率，大容量发展。为确保安全，稳定生产，对锅炉设备的自动控制就显得十分重要。关键词：锅炉；蒸汽压力；控制系统BoilersteampressurecontrolsystemAbstractTheboilerc
