1、中文摘要中文摘要目前，我国对于反担保制度的规定并不完善，担保公司做为本担保与反担保体系中最为活跃的主体在促进资本融通方面起着十分重要的作用。担保公司反担保问题归结到底就是法律问题，法律规则的完善与结构体系的优化能够从根本上维护资本流通的实现。只有在法律的视角之下剖析担保公司反担保问题才能深刻理解我国的反担保制度，本文从具体案例出发阐述目前实务中担保公司反担保问题的一些认识误区以及为如何走出误区提供一些建议。第一部分案例解读，提出担保公司反担保的相关问题，通过建立反担保与本担保体系结构的方式具体阐述。第二部分从案例的视角入手，分析
