1、摘要摘要随着我国经济的持续快速发展，各种资源能源的消耗也不断扩大，经济发展的资源能源瓶颈早已显现，低碳经济作为一种新的经济发展模式，在我国目前所处的环境现状下，对企业在政策、金融等方面的影响是巨大的，这些影响既包括节能减排、环境保护等政策，也包括低碳证券、低碳金融等金融服务，企业发展低碳经济不仅能降低自身的资源、能源成本，还能获得国家政策方面的支持，还有助于企业绿色理财、低碳投资、筹资、运营管理的发展。因此本文从低碳经济的概述与发展、国际和国内一些企业在低碳经济环境下所面临的挑战以及它们所采取的解决措施为研究基础，从政策、金融以及社会三个方面，分析其对企业理财环境的影响
