1、兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文)摘要近几十年来,由于电力电子装置的广泛应用,公用电网的谐波污染日益严重,由谐波引起的各种故障和事故不断发生,如何有效的计算谐波,检测谐波,抑制谐波和提高电能质量已成为电力系统的一个研究热点。因此,对电力电子装置进行谐波分析具有重要意义。首先,本文从理论上对带阻感负载的桥式整流电路进行谐波分析,主要包括单相和三相桥式全控、半控和不控整流电路,推导其在忽略换相过程和直流侧电流脉动时交流侧电流中基波和各次谐波有效值的表达式。在此基础上,进一步分析了三相全控桥式整流电路在分别考虑换相过程和直流侧电流脉动时的谐波含量。其次,以MATLAB/Simulink软件作为仿真平台,分
2、别搭建了单相和三相桥式可控整流电路的仿真模型,分析了在不同延迟触发角时,交流侧电流中的谐波含量,且将理论计算数据与仿真分析数据进行对比,其误差在可控范围内。结果表明,采用仿真工具,验证了本文理论分析的正确性。最后,利用MATLAB软件编写了谐波电流计算界面,实现了谐波含量数据的可视化输出。关键词:桥式整流电路;谐波计算;仿真分析;可视化界面-I-兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文)AbstractHarmonicspollutionoftheutilitygridhasbecomemoreandmoreseriousasthewideruseofvariouspowerelectronicdevice
