1、南昌工程学院毕业设计(论文)任务书一、毕业设计(论文)题目:基于步进电机、PLC、触摸屏的水轮机调速器的电控设计二、毕业设计(论文)使用的原始资料(数据)及设计技术要求:步进控制型可编程水轮机调速器的电气部分是以可编程控制器PLC为硬件核心,软件采用全模块化结幕显示,具有良好的全中文图形人机界面;电气-机械转换部件采用步进电机,配以滚珠螺旋自动复中装置连式结构,以步进驱动装置的机械位移直接控制主配压阀。PLC测量水轮发电机组的频率信号偏差,并按一定的(PID或PI)转换成位置控制的数字电信号;电气-机械转换部件将该数字信号线性地转化为机械位移量,再直接控制由器和主配压阀组成的二级液压放大,通
2、过主接力器控制水轮机导水叶开度(或浆叶转角),实现水轮发电机组的调速和复合控制。1、步进驱动装置:(1)步进电机;惯量小,转矩大,控制精度高,运行可靠。(2)步进驱动器;功能强大、控制方式灵活,本身带有CPU和人机界面,可以对其控制方式、工作参数进行设定,以达最优控制。2、自动复中装置:调节过程中,当交、直流电源同时出现故障时,可使主配压阀及时复中,使调速器保持稳定,确保机组安全运行。3、人机接口:采用彩色液晶触摸屏实时显示机组当前运行工况、机组频率、导叶开度、机组功率、水头值和故障信息等各种运行参数和工况。4、参数界面:直接通过触摸屏进行人机对话,允许通过菜单实时修改运行参数,显示直观,操
