1、本科机械毕业设计论文CAD图纸QQ401339828三辊卷板机卷筒直边弯卷方法的研究摘要:三辊对称式卷板机是一种将金属板材弯卷成筒体、锥体、曲面体或其他形体的通用成型设备。经调查发现，在大同周边地区的很多煤炭企业及中小企业仍使用三辊对称式卷板机，但是，在三辊卷板机上卷制圆筒体时，纵焊缝附近往往有一段直边存在，导致筒体纵焊缝处出现最大的附加周向应力，其值可达该筒体周向应力的50%左右。过去，常采用预留直边长度，待筒体卷圆后再切除的办法来消除直边。此办法的缺点是：(1)浪费大量的金属材料；(2)采用手工切除直边，坡口不均匀，纵缝的组对间隙不易保证，工人劳动强度大；(3)直边

2、预留长度不易掌握，易出现直边未消除的现象。本课题的研究是为解决三棍对称式卷板机在卷制桶形件时的直边问题，包括以下三方面的内容：（1）根据卷板机的工作原理，分析卷板机卷制筒体时直边的形成因素，确定解决方法，选择解决方案。（2）板料的弯曲成形原理，分别对于不同板材厚度、不同板材宽度卷制桶形体时，消除直边方法作具体介绍。（3）对板料卷制过程进行分析，定量给出卷制某一规格板料时直边的处理方法及对卷板机结构进行如何改进，及几何参数的确定与校核。关键词：三辊卷板机；消除直边；结构和工艺设计。79本科机械毕业设计论文CAD图纸QQ401339828Threerollerveneerr
