3、器件结构的研究进展朱成顺,彭晓晨,冯晓东(南京工业大学材料科学与工程学院,江苏南京)摘要:白光OLED(organiclight-emittingdiodes)因具有超薄、可以柔性化、透明化、面发光等优点而备受关注,其有可能成为未来的固态照明器件。目前白光OLED的器件主要为单层、双层、三层、四层发光区以及叠层和微腔等结构,不同的结构具有各自的优点。器件结构的优化和改进,使得白光OLED器件的效率可以媲美荧光灯。介绍了白光OLED的工作原理,结合国内外的发展综述了白光OLED器件结构的研究进展。最后,讨论了几种
