3、使汽水循环得以继续。同时还为射水池、主机冷油器、发电机空冷器、EH油控制装置、凝结水泵轴承提供冷却水。系统基本流程为：机力通风冷却塔水池→冷却塔集水池→吸水前池→循环水泵→供水管路→凝汽器/辅机冷却水系统→回水管路→机力通风冷却塔。本工程循环水系统采用机力冷却塔的再循环供水系统，共配4座机力通风塔，5×25%台卧式循环水泵,正常4台运行，1台备用；循环水补水来自老厂工业水补水管网。Thefunctionofcirculatingwatersystemistosupplycoolingwatertocondensertocooldowntheexhauststeamoftheturbinel
