1、中文摘要本次毕业设计(论文)的题目为:货车滚动轴承热轴故障分析及解决措施策我国目前拥有各型铁路货车约40多万辆,随着铁路货车向重载、高速的方向发展以及车辆使用率的提高,车辆在运用中出现的车辆故障也日益突出,特别是滚动轴承故障的大幅度增加,使运用部门做好滚动轴承的防燃、防切工作成为一项重要的攻关课题。滚动轴承是密封式结构,如何在日常检查中及时准确地发现故障,并有效地防止滚动轴承故障,确保行车安全畅通这个课题就摆在了我们面前。铁路货车是铁路货物运输的运载工具,轮对、滚动轴承是铁路货车走行部上重要的并且是可互换的部件,其技术状态直接影响到车
2、辆的运行安全。经过近几年来铁路大规模的货车改造,货车轴承已基本实现了滚动化,滚动轴承故障已成为影响铁路运输畅通和安全生产的关键因素。正确分析和判断处理列车队中发生的滚动轴承故障,减少中途停甩车,防止燃、切轴事故的发生是列检所的重要职责。本文通过对滚动轴承的构造、工作原理和热轴原因分析,运用列检所如何进行判断和处理的经验,针对货车滚动轴承热轴故障并根据检修工作特点提出了具体改进建议。关键词:货车轴承热轴故障分析英文摘要Chinacurrentlyhasabout40morevariousrailroadfreightrailwaywag
