4、aunderasocialistcentral-planningsystemuntil1988,whenreforminthissectorstarted(Fung,Huang,Liu，andShen2006)•Sincethen,amarket-basedrealestateindustryhasgraduallydeveloped,relatedlegislationwasenacted,andvarioustypesofrealestateserviceshaveemerged.Duringthisper
5、iod,realestateinChinahaschangedfromapublictoacommercialproduct.Althoughthestateremainstheowneroflandinname，therightsoflanduseandlandimprovementsarenowcommonlyprivatelyowned.Theprivatizationefforthasdriventhegrowthoftherealestateindustry,andhasmadeitpossiblef
6、ormanymodernbusinesspracticestobeintroducedintoChina.Inrecentyears，Cnina’srealestatemarkethasdemonstratedincreasingintegrationwithrealestatemarketsinotherpartsoftheworld，withalmostsynchronousebbsandflows.Thisgaverisetoimbalancesbetweensupplvanddemand,increas
