1、安全文明施工协议书发包方：无锡锡粮机械制造有限公司承包方：盐城市中豪涂装环保设备厂为加强施工单位安全生产工作的管理，落实各项安全措施，坚持“谁管理，谁负责”的原则，强化各施工单位负责人抓安全生产的职责，消除事故隐患，防止安全事故的发生，确保我公司全年生产无重大事故，特鉴定本责任状。一、工程名称：涂装生产线安装工程二、责任管理目标工程项目部的安全管理目标，应由工程项目部制定，形成文件，并由该项目安全生产的第一责任人—项目经理批准，并跟踪落实检查。责任人对安全生产、文明施工、环境卫生工作全面的负责。1.确保每个工程施工无重大事故。1）
2、重伤以上工伤事故无0起；2）轻伤事故率小于等于1%3）无爆炸事故、无急慢性中毒、窒息事故‘4）员工无违反操作规程和违章、违纪的行为，万元以上损失的设备事故为0起；5）新建、扩建、抢修工程严格执行工程项目的“三同时”；6）事故隐患整改率为100%，消防设备完好率100%；7）违章动火检修事故为0起；8）员工无刑事案件发生。三、责任内容及要求1.认真执行国家有关的法规、法令、条例，全面贯彻«安全生产法»，严格执行发包方制定的各项安全生产的规章制度及安全生产管理制度规定，加强安全教育培训，告知从业人员有关安全生产管理事项，保证从业人员必
