4、ses.(2)theinstitutionsofhigherlearningandtheresearchinstitutesinthedemonstrationareasshallbetheenterprisesthathaveinvestedintheresultofthescientificandtechnologicalachievements.(3)otherscientificandtechnologicalinnovationenterprises.Equityincentivereferstotheactofe
5、ncouraginganenterprisetoincentivizeanobjectinthefollowingway:(1)anequityaward,thatis,theenterpriseshallgrantacertainshareofanequityoracertainamountofsharestoanincentiveobjectwithoutcompensation.(2)thesale,theenterpriseisnotlowerthanequityevaluationvalueoftheprice,t
6、otheenterpriseequityagreement(includingshares,similarlyhereinafter)forsaletoincentiveobject.(3)stockoptions,thatis,therighttopurchaseacertainnumberofsharesofanenterpriseinacertainperiodoftimewithinacertainperiodoftime.Shareoutbonusincentives,isreferstotheenterprise
7、toimplementtheindustrializationofscientificandtechnologicalachievements,transfer,cooperation,transformation,shareholdingformofthenetincomeofmark,adoptthemodeofprojectrevenuesharingbehaviorofobjectsimplementingincentives.Theincentiveobjectshouldbeanimportanttechnica
