1、洛南县古城新华中学安全精细化管理工作实施方案为了进一步加强学校安全精细化管理，落实安全岗位和安全责任，强化安全工作措施，使安全管理工作不断走向规范化、科学化，保障学校、学生的人身财产安全，维护学校的正常的教育教学为秩序，特制定本方案。一、指导思想和目标任务学校安全精细管理工作的指导思想是：以邓小平理论、三个代表重要思想和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神为指导，以巩固和创建平安校园为核心，以日常检查与落实为重点，建立并严格落实安全工作责任制，明确安全岗位，明确安全职责，建立健全各种安全制度、预警机制、突发事件应急机制，加强安全教育和检
2、查，强化管理措施，及时消除不安全隐患，努力营造和谐平安的校园教育环境，为学校发展创造良好的内外部条件。安全精细管理工作的主要任务：进一步强化师生的安全意识，不断形成讲安全、想安全、保安全的氛围；切实加强安全教育，师生对安全知识的知晓程度不断提高；落实安全管理岗位，不断明确安全岗位职责；建立健全各种安全制度，增强安全制度的操作性、可行性；定期召开安全会议，研究解决安全工作中的重大问题；加强日常安全管理，强化管理措施，提高管理效益；加强安全工作的督查与检查，抓好工作落实；严格安全工作的考核；加强安全管理资金投入。努力lowrotor
