1、撒马店小学进行高效课堂建设的实施方案——《品德与社会》为了继续推进课堂教学改革，向课堂教学要效益要质量，全面提高我校教育教学质量，并解决课改中存在的问题和不足，逐渐实现优质轻负的高效课堂，根据县教育局《关于在全县中小学进行高效课堂建设的实施方案》的通知精神，结合本学校地实际情况，特制定《品德与社会实施方案》如下：一、教学现状分析 教师层面：1、综观所有的品社教师，专职教师极少，极大多数都是兼职教师，难免要分散精力，而疏于对本学科的投入，师资力量较薄弱，教学研究活动少。2、教学观念陈旧。仍然停留在考什么就教什么地应试教育误区。3、重课上轻课
2、下。教师备课、设计活动方案，主要精力放在课上40分钟，不太重视对学生课下观察、访问、收集资料和整理资料等学习活动的指导，似乎布置下去学生自然而然就会。 学生层面 1、部分学生认为《品德与社会》属于综合科目，可以不像语文、数学学得扎实，对于品德与社会不上心，导致课堂专注程度不够，阻碍了课堂有效性的实施。2、少数学生对于课内知识点还停留在“死记硬背”阶段，不善于理解。家长层面： cultureandentertainmentvenues,fitnesscenters,hasagoodecologicalenvironment,j
