1、快件寄递协议甲方（托运人）：地址：电话：传真：乙方（承运人）：永康申通快递有限公司地址：永康市烈桥工业区330国道边电话：0579-89277777传真：0579-89206955关于乙方代理甲方企业货物、样品、商业信函等（以下简称快件）运输(寄递）事宜，双方本着平等互利的原则，经充分友好协商，达成如下合同条款，供甲乙双方共同信守：一、合同内容：甲乙双方属直接合作关系，甲方委托乙方以航空及公路运寄递的方式在指定路线范围内运送快件，寄递时效为自甲方向乙方交接快件起在约定时间内到达目的地的收件人处，（门对门服务方式）并由乙方为甲方提供本合同条款规定的各项相关服务。二、

6、chbyGeneralSecretary(2016),XIHenanworkresearchguide,GeneralSecretary'simportantspeech.Learningseriesspeech,mainunderstandmasterfollowingaspectscontent:(1)idealfaith3.甲方有权要求乙方按期报告其交与乙方快件的状况；4.甲方对交与乙方提供寄递服务的产品具有所有权和最终的处置权；5.甲方对于快件在运输、仓储或配送造成的损失具有向乙方要求赔偿的索赔权（具体赔偿方法参照本协议第三部分所规定的赔偿方式条款）；1.
7、2甲方义务1.甲方保证在其快件中不夹带易燃易爆等危险品；2.甲方保证快件本身或在快件中不夹带国家禁止寄递、储存的物品，如毒品等；3.甲方按双方达成的物流费用结算规定和服务量按时向乙方支付物流服务费用；4.甲方单位所有快件性质的产品（大宗货物可例外）统一由乙方代理寄递；5.甲方按照乙方运输需求规定备齐相关文件，提供准确、有效的收件人地址电话、单位、姓名等寄递信息；6.甲方向乙方提供有关报表要求的格式；7.甲方对交与乙方的快件必须符合仓储、寄递的要求；8.甲方对于委托乙方寄递的快件，甲方应通知收件单位或者收件人在预计的时间内及安排收件，如乙方寄递至目的地后收件方无故拒
